You can use forms in wordpress by installing the Contact Form 7 Plugin. Have a look at one form :

For installing Contact form plugin, goto Plugins-> Add new and search for contact form in the Search Plugins box as shown below:

17

The result is as shown below, choose the second option which is Contact Form 7, install it.

18

Click Install Now.

19

When the plugin is installed, click Activate Plugin.

20

Now you can see a ‘Contact’ option under the settings option.Click ‘Contact’.

21

You can see that a contact form is already there.

22

If that form is not enough, i.e if you need more items in the form, click generate tag for more options and edit your form. Otherwise leave it.

23

The form after being filled by the user should be sent to your inbox. So scroll down to see the Mail option as shown below:

23b

‘To:’ address must be your email id.

After editing the form, click on save (it is at the top).

24

You can see a code at the top(of your Form page) which you have to copy and paste to the post or page where you want this form to be displayed.

25

I added a new post ‘Forms’ and pasted the code and published the post. Check out my form, its shown below.

26

You can add any number of forms using the Add New form option.

Any doubts, comment it here.
