Create a Sticker Text Effect in Photoshop
Hope you read my previous post on creatinng gradient backgrounds.If not, then click here
1. Create a background ( click here to know how i made the gradient background).

2. Select Horizontal Type Tool.

3. Type some text .

Adjust the text settings of the text from the menu given at the top of the photoshop as shown below:

4. Now you can see the new text layer ( the text you typed will be in a seperate layer as shown in fig below).

5. Double click on that text layer for a Layer Style window as shown below.

With this layerstyle window, you can create any effect for your text.Here, we are gonna make sticker effect for our text.
6. Click on the stroke option as shown below.Now you can see the stroke options.Click on the stroke color(black) which will open a color picker window, select white from it as shown in the picture below.You can adjust the stroke size by moving the size slider( first option in stroke menu) which i have set to 3px.

8. Next, click on Drop shadow option. Now you can see the dropshadow options.Ajust it similar to that i did in the picture below. Try adjusting each options for different different results.

Thats all….It looks really cool..Hope you know to save your image.If not then ,
Go to File-> Save
Give a name, select a format.
Select JPEG format for saving it as an ordinary Picture. Select PSD format for saving it as a Photoshop file,so that you can edit it later.
