Let us start with wordpress. WordPress is an online tool that helps to build blogs and websites easily. Just with few steps you can setup a great looking blog or website.

To get started, you need a wordpress installed Blog, login information like username and password. If you do not have your own wordpress blog, then create one for free by clicking here ( Free blog will have few limitations, but better start learning with a free one). Or you can buy one by clicking here ( just Rs 1500).

Wordpress blogs are of two types:

1 Free WordPress Blog (WordPress.com)
2 Self-Hosted WordPress Blog (WordPress.org)
Free wordpress blog can be easily created by registering at www.wordpress.com. For the self-hosted wordpress, you need to have your own domain and hosting. This is not free. Contact me if you need any help in self-hosted wordpress.
Just see the difference between the two:

I hope that your wordpress blog is ready. You will have a login url, username and password for all sort of editing in your blog.

Now, goto the login url. Mine is www.praveesh.com/wp-admin. You too will have a url like: www.yourblogname.com/wp-admin or www.yourblogname.com/wp-login.

Free wordpress users will have a url like:

http://arunkumar.wordpress.com/wp-admin

Whatever it is, go to the url, give username and password , click Login.
